galerie wieland was inaugurated in Berlin in september 1999 and represents german and international contemporary artists. With a program that is freeform, conceptually adventurous and intellectually inventive, the gallery continues to introduce emerging and mid-career artists from abroad to a german audience. Committed to defining an independent and subjective vision, the mission of the gallery is to nurture artists who challenge the conventional and cross boundaries between high and low.
