Diana McCarty, born and raised in New Mexico, has been active in the European media scene since 1993. As a member of the Media Research Foundation in Budapest, she co-organized the MetaForum Conference Series. McCarty co-founded the Faces mailing list with Kathy Rae Huffman and Vali Djordjevic and is a co-founder of the bootlab. She lives and works in Berlin.
